Faith in Action:

My faith calls me to act for justice with humility and persistence.

Dismantling systemic barriers challenges one to examine unconscious biases and deepen empathy, thereby contributing to ongoing spiritual growth.

In my job as a chaplain and as a member of the Social Justice Committee in my home church, I

have been active in anti-oppression work. Social justice is centered in my writings, my services,

my sermons and my interactions with students, patients, families and the interfaith clergy. Social justice is the heart of me.

My training and Certificate in Religion & Conflict Transformation are helpful tools in addressing difficult topics.

I am honored to serve on the Advisory Board of the Tom Porter Religion and Conflict Transformation program (https://www.bu.edu/rct/) at Boston University since January 2025.
